Holly White joins me this week. Holly worked as a Broadcaster & Journalist for over a decade in Dublin. She is passionate about style, natural beauty & vegan food.

Holly has done extensive food training in Raw Food Mastery with the Life Change Institute; Plantlab Raw Dessert Fundamentals; Vegan Chef Training and Wellness Leadership with the Wild Food Cafe in London & is also Certified in Plant Based Nutrition with Cornell University.

She regularly hosts demonstrations showcasing an introduction to vegan cuisine and has recently collaborated with the Merrion Hotel in Dublin to create a sumptuous vegan menu which is available in their Garden Room.
