This week I share some tips and suggestions on how to get centred, balanced and calm. Like a tornado that is still at it's centre, we too can become this way with practice. We too can be calm at our core, no matter what is going on around us. The key is in connecting to our body so we are not caught in the flightiness of the thoughts in our mind. Salsa and yoga were segways for me to make this mind/body connection, but now I have lots of tools in my toolbox to connect to this feeling in an instant. Everything is a feeling state and we can train ourselves to feel a certain way, no matter what.
