In this week's episode of the Curiosity & Consciousness podcast,
I explore the theme of fears and whether the majority of the fears
we face nowadays in our everyday lives, are truly things to be
feared or are they blocks to us living our truest potential.
For me, most of our fears are created and imagined in our heads!
Yes, the experience of the fear is real (i.e. we feel shortness of
breath, palpitations, sweating etc) but the question is, what do we
truly have to be fearful of?
I explore some of the bigger fears including the fear of death, the
fear of failing and the fear of what others will think of us but
still my question remains, what do we have to be fearful of?
I invite you to listen and explore your own fears and see how they
either propel you forward to become more, or hold you back.
In my own journey, I've come to embrace fear. When fear shows up,
it's pointing me in the direction I need to go in order to grow and
evolve into my true authentic self.
