This week I talk about the topic of focus. We often don't realise but if something is stressing us out, causing us pain, hurt or anxiety, we are playing our part by keeping our focus on it. Now all these things are a part of life, and it's not about denial and pretending they are not happening. The problem is though when we try to 'fight' the very thing that's causing us pain, we are actually bringing more focus and attention to it & hence perpetuating the cycle.
What we need to do is, see the facts and feel the emotions, but don't get caught in the story. Then shift our focus towards what we do want to invite in, instead of these lower vibrational energies. A new reality cannot be created without us observing it (quantum physics!).
