This week I share some updates but also a super important message to always learn to flow and be in a state of 'non-resistance' to what is. This message came as a last minute change to my pre-planned show that required that I reschedule. Panic almost set in, but then my tools and practices kicked in & I took it as a golden opportunity to update on some new things coming up including:
